I've been working with the wall for so long that coming off the wall was SCARY... And necessary. What helped me gain the confidence to try? Learning to fall!! Ya gotta learn to fall in life, cause it WILL happen. But, you will also get back up again. #5DaysofFailure
One specific area where I'm working on fear is with handstands. I've always been too scared of falling to truly try my best. I've been working on them for MONTHS and I fail a LOT. But those failures teach me what I did wrong! #5DaysofFailure
One of the main goals I set for myself at the beginning of this year was to overcome fear. I realized that fear often prevents me from trying. I've focused on noticing my fear & questioning it: What am I REALLY afraid of? Is it as bad as it seems? #5DaysofFailure @MrCoachEhrlich
