実測215。CGMの表示は152、乖離が60以上。高いところで較正しない150近辺までしか上がらない。実測との解離が大きすぎるとセンサ使用不能になるので2段階で較正をかけている。
gardianセンサー半日マリネしても初日はこんなもの。そのうち落ち着いてくる。癖があるセンサー。

gardianセンサ交換。風呂上がりに上腕部に留置して早朝に起動。１型先輩のブログに学んだコールドマリネ。
朝食前に最初の較正を行います。トランスミッタ充電1時間、起動２時間かかるのが弱点。このセンサーは精度高いけど手技や設置、較正が少し面倒です。

ケアリンク、iPhoneからアクセスしてレポート作成出来る。PC要らずでクラウドで確認出来て便利。
ポンプSAP療法開始して丁度一年。HCL開始２カ月。低血糖少し増えたけど乗りこなせるようになってきたと思う。
オートモードと追加打ちと夕方補食が改善の要因。
PDCA回していこう。

gardianセンサ、先輩患者の大変貴重なブログを参考に上腕部に半日前、寝る前に留置して交換しています。
エンライトセンサに比べ精度は高く±10程度に収まっている。
先日は延長センサが3日目で死んでしまったので留置時間取れず誤差が大きくなりました。

高いところと低いところで、較正必要。
但し解離大きすぎると、センサーダメになるので注意する。

後上がり。右肩上がり。分泌が完全枯渇してるから仕方ない。ギザギザでもよく頑張ってる。最近オート基礎に任せていたので追加打ちのタイミング忘れてしまう。後追い凸凹でもTIRは目標範囲内だから、これで良いのかも。
