#8thLord placement in ascendant is good for getting job into the armed forces(If auspicious) . If afflicted or in malefic shasthiamsa then native can be the part of a terror/militant group or engaged in sinful acts.

#8thLord & Secrets 📁📂 Wherever the 8L is placed ,that house becomes the research subject for the native and it blesses the native with all hidden knowledge of that house. E.g. -8L placed in 6H then native is well aware of the activities and hidden agendas of his/her enemies.

If 4th Lord placed in 8th House & properly dignified position then always confers landed properties/assets. Being in it's Asharaya it always try to enhance the good effects if the 8L is friendly to 4L. 💥In all ascendants #4thLord is friend of #8thLord 2/2 #JyotishaVidya 🪔

transit by Saturn; #8thLord's navamsa transited by Saturn; sum of Sun+L9's dispositor transited by Saturn etc. In many instances #ChandraKalaNadi hints at trine from such signs (at exact trine - same navamsa in transit). It implies taking broad sign in D1/D9 both for intensity.

#SensitiveDegrees House 8, natural significator, #8thLord's Navamsa are backbone for tracing ill effects for respective living signification. Multiple dictums explained in #ChandraKalaNadi e.g Sun (natural significator for father) transited by Saturn; 8th House from Sun/9th house

Very simple rules. Saturn transiting from H8 from respective houses (incidentally #ChandraKalaNadi doesn't mention of Nodes/Mars) or from #8thLord Navamsa. It's never for entire 2.5 years, but intense when in #22ndDrekkana/#64thNavamsa. It's like #SensitiveDegrees in #Astrology

However #8thLord connecting with #5thLord is relieving (absorber of dosha) largely (many references in #ChandraKalaNadi). May not work consistently for orb/moolatrikona factors, though positive factor in #AyurNirnay. Also good, if L8 conj L5 in navamsa of L5 sign. #Jyotish

Few do favours a view that Moon and Sun don't have blemish of 8th lordship. Few believe that it's only for ayur nirnay (longevity). #8thLord connecting with Asc, though hints at difficult childhood (subject to other factors). #Jyotish

Old thread on #8thHouse. Another perspective where troubles/death like conditions traced from 8th house from respective living significations (e.g H4/Moon - mother). Malefic Saturn transit from 8th hinting at bad events; Also Saturn aspects/trine to L8 navamsa. #ChandraKalaNadi

#8thLord in Ascendant is made complex with contradictory views. In kaalchakra - L1/8 both are same Mars. But say Sag Asc - 8thL in Asc will operate differently. So IMU - it varies per Ascendant. If #8thHouse is moolatrikona sign, then it can potentially afflict H1/H7. #Jyotish

@ijyotish Consider also, the Yogi of Yogis Ramakrishna Aquarius rising. 8th Lord Mercury sits in the first...someone may call it 'Lagna Dosha'

very interesting pointer, which many astrologers believe that #8thHouse has strong connection to suffering. In #MedicalAstrology - H 8 / #8thLord must be involved for any chronic issue. More so, if Asc lord too involved. So is suffering mandatory/supportive for #Moksha. #Jyotish

Thread on #8thHouse by @Kumkum1999. Most vital house in a chart. It can make/break the chart. Without fortified H8, chart can't go beyond a limit.

*️⃣ #8thLord in the #8thHouse increases longevity but makes the native a thief and a person who is ungrateful to his teacher. Such combinations are many, which suggest that the Mysterious Depth indeed constitutes houses whose nature & disposition are mysterious. 2/n
