Denuncia de Casa De Maltrato Animal. El suceso ocurre en un parqueadero ubicado en la Calle 161 #93a-13 Barrio Suba Salitre en Bogotá. En este parqueadero vive una señora con al menos 3 perros y cuatro gatos, estos animalitos viven en malas condiciones, uno de ellos lleva aproximadamente más de un año amarrado en el mismo lugar y sin posibilidad de moverse o desplazarse, aguantando hambre y frío, nosotros vivimos detrás del parqueadero y siempre lo escuchamos ladrar y llorar, también tiene otros perritos que mantiene amarrados y a veces los golpea. También tiene gatos los amarra durante todo el día limitando su movilidad y desplazamiento, no los hidrata y muy pocas veces ella los alimenta. A veces se va y duran días ahí amarrados y expuestos a los climas de la ciudad.
Hemos intentando acercarnos pero la señora es muy grosera y ya mi hermano recibió amenazas con arma de fuego.
