A judge in Georgia is incarcerating suspected activists and labeling them domestic terrorists based on next to nothing. This is another example of police and prosecutors weaponizing domestic terrorism laws, and why we need to oppose #AB117 in Nevada.
folks arrested in the forest attending a music festival are having their second bond hearing in DeKalb Court today. so far it's seeming like the judge will be granting (fairly expensive) bonds, as the prosecution has no evidence.
