Eight members from the #KNLA, #ABSDF, #NMSP (splinter group) and #PDF-related groups have reportedly returned to the legal fold with weapons and ammunition, according to officials.

The returnees surrendered one carbine rifle, an AK-47 rifle, an M4A1 rifle, a 9mm pistol, ammunition, magazines, a communication device and other items. Myanmar authorities provided cash rewards and assistance totalling K19.6 million, along with gifts.

စစ်ခေါင်းဆောင်မင်းအောင်လှိုင်နှင့် အာဆီယံခေါင်းဆောင်များတွေ့ဆုံရန်ရှိသည့် သတင်းနှင့် ပတ်သက်၍ အမျိုးသားညီညွတ်ရေးအစိုးရ(NUG)၊ ကရင်အမျိုးသားအစည်းအရုံး(KNU)၊ ကရင်နီပြည်အမျိုးသားတိုးတက်ရေးပါတီ(KNPP)၊ ချင်းအမျိုးသားတပ်ဦး(CNF)၊ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံလုံးဆိုင်ရာကျောင်းသားများဒီမိုကရက်တစ်တပ်ဦး(ABSDF)၊ အမျိုးသမီးများအဖွဲ့ချုပ်မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ(WLB)၊ ရိုဟင်ဂျာလွတ်မြောက်ရေးညွန့်ပေါင်းအဖွဲ့ (FRC)နှင့် အမည်မဖော်လိုသည့် အင်အားစုများက ယနေ့ ပူးတွဲသဘောထားကြေညာချက် ထုတ်ပြန်ခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။
“မြန်မာပြည်သူတွေကို စာနာထောက်ထားတယ်။ မြန်မာပြည်သူတွေအတွက် ကူညီပေးချင်တယ်ဆိုတဲ့ စိတ်စေတနာကို ကျွန်တော်တို့က တန်ဖိုးထားတယ်။ ဒါပေမဲ့ လုပ်ရပ်တွေ လွဲနေရင်တော့ မြန်မာပြည်သူတွေကို တကယ် ကူညီရာ မရောက်ဘူး။ တကယ်က ကူညီချင်လို့ လုပ်တာပဲ။ ဒါပေမဲ့ လုပ်ရပ်က လွဲမှားတဲ့အခါကျတော့ ကူညီရာ မရောက်ဘဲ မြန်မာပြည်သူတွေကို ပိုပြီးတော့ ဒုက္ခပေးရာ ရောက်တယ်” ဟု NUG ဝန်ကြီးချုပ်ရုံးပြောရေးဆိုခွင့်ရှိသူ ဦးနေဘုန်းလတ်က ပြောသည်။
စစ်ခေါင်းဆောင် မင်းအောင်လှိုင်နှင့် အာဆီယံခေါင်းဆောင်များ ယခုရက်ပိုင်းအတွင်း ထိုင်းနိုင်ငံ ဘန်ကောက်မြို့တွင် တွေ့ဆုံကြပြီး ငလျင်ဘေး ဒဏ်သင့် ပြည်သူများအတွက် လူသားချင်းစာနာထောက်ထားမှု အကူအညီပေးရေး ကိစ္စများကို ဆွေးနွေးကြမည်ဟု သိရသည်။ အာဆီယံအလှည့်ကျဥက္ကဋ္ဌ မလေးရှားဝန်ကြီးချုပ်က စစ်ခေါင်းဆောင် ဗိုလ်ချုပ်မှူးကြီးမင်းအောင်လှိုင်နှင့် အာဆီယံခေါင်းဆောင်များ ထိုင်းနိုင်ငံ၊ ဘန်ကောက်မြို့၌ တွေ့ဆုံမည်ဟု ပြောကြားထားသည်။
ခွဲခြားဆက်ဆံမှုနှင့် ဘက်လိုက်မှုကင်းသော လူသားချင်းစာနာထောက်ထားမှုအကူအညီများအား တိုင်းပြည် နယ်နိမိတ်စုစုပေါင်း၏ (၂၂)ရာခိုင်နှုန်းကိုသာ စိုးမိုးထိန်းချုပ်စီမံအုပ်ချုပ်နိုင်သည့် စစ်အုပ်စုထံ တိုက်ရိုက် ဆက်ဆံပေးအပ်ခြင်း မဟုတ်ဘဲ အမျိုးသားညီညွတ်ရေးအစိုးရနှင့် တိုင်းရင်းသား တော်လှန်ရေး အင်အားစုများက ထိန်းချုပ်စီမံအုပ်ချုပ်ထားသည့် နယ်မြေများရှိ ပါဝင်ပတ်သက်သူ အစုအဖွဲ့ များအားလုံးနှင့် ချိတ်ဆက်ပေးအပ် ထောက်ပံ့ရန် လိုအပ်ကြောင်း အထက်ပါ တော်လှန်ရေးအင်အားစုများက ထောက်ပြသည်။
“စစ်အုပ်စုက authorized person မဟုတ်ဘူးဗျ။ သူ့ကို မြန်မာပြည်သူလူထုက တိုင်းပြည်ကို အုပ်ချုပ်ဖို့ ခွင့်ပြုထားတဲ့သူ မဟုတ်ဘူး။ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံမှာ သူ့အပြင် NUG အပါအဝင် legitimacy ဖြစ်နေတဲ့ တိုင်းရင်းသားတော်လှန်ရေးအဖွဲ့တွေ ရှိနေတယ်။ သူ့ကို တချို့ကိစ္စတွေ ဆောင်ရွက်ဖို့ လိုကောင်းလိုမယ်။ သူတစ်ယောက်တည်းနဲ့ not enough ၊ မလုံလောက်ဘူးဆိုတာကို ကျွန်တော်တို့ အဓိက highlight လုပ်တယ်။ NUG အပါအဝင် တိုင်းရင်းသားတော်လှန်ရေးအဖွဲ့တွေနဲ့ ဆက်သွယ်ဆောင်ရွက်ဖို့ လိုမယ်။ အဲဒါက အရေးကြီးတယ်” ဟု NUG ဝန်ကြီးချုပ်ရုံးပြောရေးဆိုခွင့်ရှိသူက ပြောသည်။
ထို့အပြင် အာဏာသိမ်းစစ်အုပ်စုသည် အာဆီယံ၏ ဘုံသဘောတူညီချက် (၅)ချက်ပါ အခြေခံအချက် တခုဖြစ်သော အကြမ်းဖက်မှုများကို ချက်ချင်းရပ်တန့်ရေးဆိုသည့် မူအပြင် အာဆီယံ အဖွဲ့ဝင်နိုင်ငံများ ရှေ့မှောက်တွင် လိုက်နာရန်သဘောတူညီခဲ့မှုအား ပြောင်ပြောင်တင်းတင်းချိုး ဖောက်နေသည့် တရားခံလည်း ဖြစ်ကြောင်း တော်လှန်ရေးအဖွဲ့များက ပြောသည်။
အာဆီယံခေါင်းဆောင်များ အနေဖြင့် လူသားခြင်းစာနာထောက်ထားသည့် အကူအညီများကို ခွဲခြား ဆက်ဆံမှုမရှိ ၊ ဘက်မလိုက်ဘဲ Humanitarian Principles များနှင့်အညီ ထိရောက်စွာ အကူအညီ ပေးနိုင်ရေးအတွက် ဆောင်ရွက်ရာတွင် စစ်ခေါင်းဆောင်မင်းအောင်လှိုင်မှတဆင့် ပေးအပ်ခြင်းကိုသာ ပြုလုပ်ပါက လူသားချင်းစာနာထောက်ထားသည့်အကူအညီများသည် နိုင်ငံရေးအရ အလွဲ အသုံးချမည့် အန္တရာယ်ကို မလွဲမသွေတွေ့ကြုံရမည် ဖြစ်သောကြောင့် စစ်အုပ်စုမှတဆင့်သာ ပေးအပ်ခြင်းကို တော်လှန်ရေး အင်အားစုများအနေဖြင့် အပြင်းအထန်ကန့်ကွက်ကြောင်း သဘောထား ထုတ်ပြန်သည်။
