.@noshreza advises #ACCIndia attendees to give HFrEF patients permission to alter the schedule of GDMT administration if it helps them tolerate the BP lowering side effects. Even consider taking a little more fluids if needed to tolerate SGLT2i med.

.@NMHheartdoc reminds the #ACCIndia audience that loop diuretics provide symptom-benefit but not outcome-benefit in HFrEF. Other GDMT components do offer outcome benefit, so can often be prioritized when SBP is low. Plus, look at symptoms, not absolute BP numbers!
