Can anyone fill me in on what can be done to mitigate lactic acid induced crashes? (Aside from avoiding over exertion.) Does anything help prevent them or help recover faster? #Care4Complex (I assume this is what the #AcidTest folks were working on?)
@sWitchDomme @PutrinoLab @NeuroSjogrens @SarahSchaferMD @bexiphd @ArthrDietitian Did a little more reading and I absolutely think this could explain my bad crashes - primary symptoms: severe exhaustion with toxic hungover feeling, diarrhea, and muscle aches, all symptoms of lactic acidosis. 🤯 Now the big money question - does anything help?
