I’ll never forget the day I told my mom I needed to get in a pool so I could do hydro therapy to help after surgery and she told me “can’t you fill up the bathtub and kick your legs or is that not the same?” I was like 😐👈🏽 #ACLproblems

6 month ACL surger-a-versary! A brand new ACL, recovery and rehab is a long hard/challenging battle. But at least I don’t have to tape my knee anymore!! #aclrecovery #aclproblems #acl
