2. After one month now Actfibernet is charging me an additional Rs 707.31, with no valid reasons.
3. I would like to highlight that your service has been poor with consistent failed internet.

After the technician reset the connection, the existing Wi-Fi password stopped working and nobody informed us. No update, no communication, and still no reliable internet. Customers depend on your service for workthis level of support is unacceptable.
