Same in Hyderabad. My nth service request today. Its NO service not a worst service. Customer care sucks. Switch to Jio Fiber. Rates are little high but at least there will be Internet for our money. Not like these Act sucker. #ACTFibernetsucks

@ACTFibernet it's officialy the most consistently inconsistent wired broadband in India. My internet connection is down for close to 36 hours now and this has happened twice in 1 month. Cities affected by cyclone get the connections up & running in 36 hrs #actfibernetsucks

@ACTFibernet #ActFibernetSucks Worst service u guys knew today is #KarnatakaBandh and internet is not working Ur customer Service agents say give us time of 24 hours I needed it urgently for my official calls I will switch to some other provider if u don't resolve in 1-2 hrs
