ALL major legal documents in this securitization scam are prepared by LAWYERS -and all companies when you ask them legitimate questions will tell you "talk to our legal team". Or "we don't know, the Attorneys told us to do" Pull ANY document - like a #Sheriff's or #Trustees' Deeds - they are ALL prepared by lawyers and forwarded to lawyers. Not to the named "Lender" or "Servicer"? Why not? You cannot sue for malpractice, but in rare cases of extreme misconduct, non-clients can file distinct tort claims like fraud, malicious prosecution, or negligent misrepresentation. Here the "business model" proposed by lawyers is the same - The suit accuses Holland & Knight of failing to provide adequate legal counsel for #MVRealty PBC’s business of paying homeowners upfront fees for the right to become their listing agent later on. In other words, #Realtors paid a small fee upfront to homeowners for an exclusive 40 years long right to list their properties if they decided to sell it, MV Realty PBC claims that Holland & Knight attorneys billed the company more than $9 million but failed to consult the relevant experts and breached their fiduciary duty when challenges to MV Realty PBC’s business began. https://t.co/T4yhw5Delw
