What is it like to win a National Championship?
"I broke away in the last kilometre and it was just this slow realization that I was going to win. Itโs super exciting. Itโs like a reward for all the hard work that goes into training." #ACXCthrowback

"I like having nice conditions โ you know, not too hot and not too cold. But if I had to choose, I would probably take the snow. The more you run on it, the more it packs down." #ACXCthrowback

What is it like to win a National Championship?
"It's awesome! For a year you can say you're the best in Canada. We all put in so much hard work and to go out there, put it together on the day and take home a National title is a pretty special feeling." #ACXCthrowback
Most memorable Canadian Cross Country Championships race?
โThe most memorable race for me is probably my first national title in Vancouver in 2013. Vancouver is home for me, so it was pretty awesome to win Nationals in front of so many friends and family.โ #ACXCthrowback
