This is a clear witness that #ADB_HQ is supporting discrimination against Hazaras in Afghanistan! Adb did not provide $35m for 500kv pwr line to run thru Bamyan but now it funds Afghanistan to strengthen Hazara depriving from development!#ADBManial #Justice4Hazara https://t.co/ND9lmFKfxv

#ADB_HQ listen to experts who prefer the 500kv power line transmission through Bamyan for many reasons and 100 thousands of people who are discriminated by Afghan Fascists before you regret! For sure Salang pass is not safe technically #ADBManial #TUTAP

It is your second but bigger mistake. It shows that you are spending even more to discriminate against Hazaras and you are purposefully exacerbate ethnic conflict. U rerout TUTAP because of $35M, but you spend $125M more for a useless power line? #ADBManial
