The objective of #ADDIFLAP is to demonstrate the technical feasibility of #manufacturing #titanium #aircraft #parts by Laser Wire Direct Energy Deposition (W-DED-LB) enhanced with a new design of carriage system based in sliding pad concept, by using a self-lubricant material.
This week we have held the 6M meeting of #ADDIFLAP project together with #AC2T research GmbH and #ASCO Industries N.V. to review the work done and establish the next steps within this @cleansky_ju initiative.
