I have work training this week to refresh a certification. It's a requirement we all be on camera, even when not speaking. I'm having an #ADHDthing where I get super distracted by schooling my on screen appearance. I'm anxious about makeup and performing attentiveness.

Maybe it's an #ADHDthing, but i have learned I prefer to use wooden tableware over metal. I think it's something to do with how temperature conductive metal is, so I can eat my food at its best temperature with a wooden utensil. Huh.
