US Navy E-6B Mercury #AE040D as PRAM73 is operating east of the Bahamas in an assigned NOTAM area for trailing wire operations. This is a little further southeast than their usual orbit locations, but it's not unprecedented.

HFGCS Emergency Action Message

callsign: MILEPOST (suspect #AE040D)
48 char: N3WA65W47VZCJP42GHSF4T3MTP4ECR3LMZXKQIXVRM4DZ6RO
The message was first broadcast at 1625z. At 1639z the message was broadcast again, but with an additional 7 chars added. Unusual!
As far as I can tell, #AE040D is broadcasting a messages this morning. In a first for my monitoring, it just modified a 48 character message that it had broadcast at least twice already by attaching an additional 7 characters to it.
What is it up to?

· PROPAGATE = E6 #AE040D
· EAM beginning 𝟓𝐅𝐂𝟔𝟕𝐈 broadcast by E6 at 1650z, and afterward by ground stations. I have been documenting this as occurring more often as of late.
· Ground station callsign of BIRDS EYE almost certainly the same callsign as used June 12, which I then documented as "BURNSIDE". You can consider this as 'retconning' any previous documentation of any "BURNSIDE" callsign during this project. Though other monitors have also previously documented a "BURNSIDE" callsign in the past – which I used as a cue on how to document the June 12 callsign – in hindsight it seems obvious to me how "BIRDS EYE" might be misheard as "BURNSIDE".

For its second flight today, US Navy E-6B Mercury #AE040D as BRILL37 is up and eastbound from Tinker AFB, OK.

Add a 4th E-6B to the fray
#AE040D as BRILL37 is lifting out of McConnell AFB, KS.
This is the second weekend in a row with higher than expected E-6B activity. We might see 4 flights spread throughout the weekend normally.
Nothing nefarious is afoot, it’s just an unusual occurrence.

· HFGCS ground / NCS callsign = FISHERMAN
· IRON GATE = E6 #AE0416
· MONOGRAM = E6 #AE0410 or #AE040D? Which of the two is not obvious, but it was a topic of some discussion in the livestream chatbox.
· IRON GATE (E6) first broadcast message beginning 𝟓𝐅𝐏𝐃𝐘𝐔 at 1749z, before the ground stations began their (concurrent) broadcast of 𝟓𝐅𝐏𝐃𝐘𝐔 at 1750z. (This sort of occurrence has been noted before, but any incident is still conspicuous to me. Strictly speaking, it does not adhere to STRATCOMWING ONE's "primary mission [to] receive, verify and retransmit EAMs", with emphasis on *receiving* before verifying and retransmitting. I've previously supposed this could indicate they already know what they're meant to be transmitting even before hearing the message broadcast from ground station anyways; other explanations include that this is activity outside of their primary mission.)

· SOMBRERO = HFGCS ground station
· CART10 = E6 #AE040D = (possibly) BACKFIRE
· PROPOSAL = #AE0412? and possibly also #AE041A? (Possibly not the correct callsign; also see notes regarding #AE041A)
· OUTCLASS = #AE041A
· E6s #AE0412 and #AE041A flew patterns over Lake Superior, and at least in two instances broadcast VLF on 27.2 kHz (may not have been a 'proper message' in either instance, see my posts on the same day). #AE041A "took over" for #AE0412. I've inferred that #AE0412 was using callsign PROPOSAL (that may not be the correct callsign, varyingly sounded like MENDOZA?, PANTOZOL?, CONTUSION? other? and I "came up with" PROPOSAL as the closest single word that could be misheard as all of those) and when #AE041A took over it was using a different callsign, but it's a little bit up in the air whether the 2200z broadcast was #AE0412 or #AE041A using the other E6's callsign.
· A callsign "REPOSSESSIVE" was heard checking into the net sometime around 1945z. As I've previously expounded on, such a callsign is quite simply 'too long'. There is reason to assume either #AE0412 or #AE041A (or both) were using that as some kind of an 'additional' callsign and used 'normal' callsigns that fit the character limits for their broadcasts. (Whether a callsign character limit exists in a de facto or de jure nature is up for debate, but its existence is not up for debate in any serious discussion.)
· I previously forecast a SKYMASTER event on this date; no such event appears to have taken place.
· This is the first time a BLACKPINK song is being used in the Daily Timecard Project. (Incidentally, it would fit the aforementioned callsign character limit.)
