Big showdown between irate passengers & ground staff of @airindia at #Mumbai Airport terminal 2 flight #AI607 scheduled to leave from Mumbai to Bengaluru at 4.40 pm was delayed initially to 05.10 pm then again delayed to 07.50pm & at 07.15 pm they announce it is further delayed to 11.50 pm in between no communications with passengers waiting for several hours forget food not even water was offered @airsewa_MoCA a big let down especially for a #TATA group company #AirIndia for treating the passengers with total disdain #AirTravel

My parents were on an Air India flight from Mumbai to Bengaluru #AI607 on March 1st, 2022. This is a shout out of support to the crew who made the deplaning process one of the best and smoothest ever. Absolutely brilliantly done! Thank you for the service! @RNTata2000 @airindiain
