Started late (10 days total) with a massive crunch in the last 72h, but I'm proud of the final stretch.
Last 48h output:
Implemented vision-based localization (direct fusion from gate corners)
Flying RL policy at competition speeds
Corrected SysId
But 10 days was not enough.
When I first flew this course manually I thought 15s would be a good goal for the RL.
It just broke 5s!

Been working away at my model for the #AIGrandPrix for a little while now. Got the technical specs dialed in and after lots of experimenting and improvements, I have a qualifier 1 ready model :)
