Labor’s weakness has allowed crime to fester. It’s time for serious action. A Dutton Coalition Government will launch Operation Safer Communities — a $750 million plan to crack down on crime and protect Australian families. We’ll stand up a National Drug Enforcement and Organised Crime Strike Team — with AFP officers in every state and territory — targeting gangs, seizing assets, and reinvesting in the communities they’ve harmed. We’ll introduce ‘post and boast’ laws to stop criminals glorifying violence online, tighten drug and proceeds of crime laws, and boost border screening. We’ll double funding for the Australian Centre to Counter Child Exploitation, expand e-safety education, and trial a disclosure scheme to help parents protect their kids. Community safety demands serious leadership — and only the Coalition has the strength and the plan to deliver it. Let’s get Australia back on track.
