@LeaderStance Conflict in a team/group is a sign of health and productivity in the team/group. I was among those people who regard conflicts as a source of inefficiencies in groups until I read about conflict management in groups and teams! #ALEC433.
@LeaderStance I was surprised that brainstorming is not superior to individuals working alone after having their efforts summed because I always hear groups talking about brainstorming as a group. Maybe we should change this line of thinking! #ALEC433
