After Lue Elizondo revealed the details of his forthcoming UFO book, I reached out to the Department of Defense (DOD) for comment. My questions and the DOD's response in-full: 🟢MY INQUIRY🟢 Former Pentagon official Luis Elizondo announced the upcoming release of his autobiography. Elizondo and booksellers are promoting this claim: "Luis “Lue” Elizondo is the former head of the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP), the Pentagon unit that researched UFOs" 1) Is Lue Elizondo the former head of the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP)? 2) Did the Pentagon have a "unit that researched UFOs" called the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP)? 🔴DOD RESPONSE🔴 As we have stated before, Luis Elizondo had no assigned responsibilities for AATIP. As stated in the Historical Record Report Volume 1, DIA established the Advanced Aerospace Weapons System Application Program (AAWSAP) in 2009. This program was sometimes also referred to as AATIP. AAWSAP/AATIP ended in 2012 when the funding ended. DIA managed AAWSAP/AATIP. Luis Elizondo was neither assigned nor detailed to DIA. Also as noted in the Historical Record Report Volume 1, “after AAWSAP was cancelled, the AATIP moniker was used by some individuals associated with an informal, unofficial UAP community of interest within DoD that researched UAP sightings from military observers as part of their ancillary job duties. In the lower chamber of the Mexican Congress, @jaimemaussan1 presented what he claims are two alien corpses. This is wild, if true. Do you think this is legit alien bodies? Or is it fake? Or some other explanation altogether? (I translated into English the subtitles)
