Twice as many UK stocks are in a downtrends than uptrends👇 As a quick numeric view of UK internals for #FTSE100 #FTSE250 #AIM #ALLshare 1600 stocks 2:1 below 8 EMA (short term trend) 2:1 below 21 EMA (the monthly price average) 1.5: 1 below the 50MA (intermediate price average) 1.5:1 below 200 MA (long term price average) 2.5:1 stocks below ALL MAs compared to above all MA attached a more detailed graphic showing the longer term trends for these metrics; this gives a sense of relative bullish/bearishness over the past 9 months These play out in the price charts for the individual indices they do allow drilling-down to identifying to where the strength lies
