SOME MISTAKES CAN'T BE FORGIVEN!! 😭💔 I want to start by Thanking everyone who prayed for Haidar. Thank you so much❤️ The love, prayers & support means alot to us❤️ Haidar is still in pains but we know definitely is gonna pass🙏🏾 Today, I want to share something that has been hurting my heart for years😭 Haidar is a sickle cell warrior 💔 because of the mistake of the laboratory technicians!!! Before I got married, I already knew I was a carrier (AS). So, like any other couple, we did the genotype test. The result showed My Husband is AA... We thought we had nothing to fear😞😞 Fast forward to Haidar's birth, we found out he's a sickler! We had to run a genotype test again in two different labs. One lab said my husband was AA & another said AS😡 We got confused, so we had to do an advanced test called HPLC, which confirmed that He's AS💔💔 A single mistake by some careless lab technicians changed my son's life FOREVER😭 putting him in a battle he never asked for😔 I don't know if I'll ever forgive them! How can I even forgive them?? How do you accept that your child is suffering because someone, somewhere didn't do their job right??? Please if you're planning to get married, make sure to double check your Genotype! Do it in different labs🙏🏾 Do it twice or thrice because once a life is affected, there's no rewind😔 Keep Haidar in your prayers🥺 That's all I can say🤲🏾
