TWO YEARS TOO LATE: Amnesty International is finally accusing Hamas of crimes against humanity for the October 7 massacre. In a new report, Targeting Civilians: Murder, Hostage-Taking and Other Violations by Palestinian Armed Groups in Israel and Gaza, Amnesty, for the first time, says Hamas and other Palestinian factions committed crimes against humanity, concluding they deliberately killed civilians and subjected hostages to physical and sexual violence. The report also calls for the return of the last remaining hostage, Ran Gvili. Better late than never.

Denmark has broadened its 2018 ban on full-face veils, such as the burqa and niqab, to include public schools and universities.
