2 - Acquired co revenue at ~3000 Cr, EBITDA at 500 Cr, So, EPS accretive from year 1 of deal!
3 - Paper business has been in a cyclical downturn for last 3-4 years, metrics will improve when the cycle turns. Deal done at the bottom of the cycle.
