Today in SCOPS is employment-based I-485s. Congress seemed to indicate these should be done in around a year, so this processing is way longer than it should. Litigation can help keep them in line with what Congress intended. #AOSDelay
Next up on SCOPS processing time data is Advance Parole. This takes literally less than 20 minutes per USCIS. Unlike the c9 EAD, Advance Parole can't be automatically extended. Litigation might be a good tool for those pending beyond 4 months and want to be able to travel.
