I really wish publishers wouldn't hold publishing articles until an APC payment is made. We don't have the option to pay by credit card so invoice processing takes time. It frustrates the authors & I can't help.

I often hear folx say they don't support an APC model of #openaccess, and instead look to transformative agreements. But what is a transformative agreement if not a big deal for APCs? #APCwall
@SciPubLab @ferli90 In my field, if you look for journals of certain level, there are zero #NoFeeOA alternatives. If only libraries stopped supporting thousands of #TollAccess and #APCwall based journals, things would have changed overnight.
