I have a huge fear of being in the spotlight. Dancing in front of people and karaoke = no.Tonight I danced in front of a crowd and climbed the stage to dance in front of everyone while singing to Van Morrison. 😬 thanks #APRADAS19 and #michellepoler for helping me face my fears.

I know I’ve been guilty of this first line. The alternate way is so much better and this is the approach I like to take now and this specifically is a really good explanation. Excel is fine for many things. #APRADAS19 #apraPD2019
