前段时间Buidlpad上线了Aria Protocol项目，打新项目代币ARIAIP，一直想抽时间研究一下。今天晚上一时兴起扒了一扒，这么一个明星项目，其实也不堪入目，让我一一说起
1⃣项目概述：Aria Protocol 是一个基于 Story Protocol（一个专为知识产权设计的 L1 区块链）构建的去中心化协议，专注于将现实世界的知识产权（IP）资产转化为可交易的数字代币，特别是知识产权真实世界资产。Aria 的核心目标是将音乐、艺术和电影等 IP 转化为可流动的、产生收益的代币，解锁全球 80 万亿美元 IP 市场的流动性
2⃣融资背景：项目于 2025 年推出，已获得 1550 万美元融资（包括 1500 万美元种子轮和战略投资，由 Polychain Capital、Neocain Capital、Story Protocol Foundation、OKX Ventures 和 Selini Capital 等领投）
3⃣发展现状：2025年2月，通过 StakeStone 的 LiquidityPad 社区众筹平台募集 1095 万美元，用于购买了48 首全球热门歌曲的部分IP权利（包括BLACKPINK、Justin Bieber），😆看到这里都觉得这个项目挺牛逼的😆。2025年6月，参与LiquidityPad打新的投资人可以在官网claim等价值的APL（Aria Protocol 的首个 IP RWA 代币）。截止目前，此项目仅开展了一轮LiquidityPad。投资人如果想参与此项目，仅能通过二级DEX购买
4⃣业务逻辑：
（1）与常规RWA项目持有RWA代币即可获取收益不同，APL的投资人将APL stake成 stAPL以赚取版税分成，项目方仅会向staker分配版税收益
（2）项目方链下版税会兑换到链上，并在二级市场回购APL，以注入Stake池中，提高stAPL/APL的汇率，以此分配收益
（3）随着项目方持续分配收益，投资人能够换回更多的APL，以此实现5%-8%的年化收益。自推出以来，累计 33.992 万 $APL 等值版税（截至 2025 年 11 月），总计超 31.4 万美元
5⃣项目风险：
（1）收益依赖歌曲流行度，如果流媒体下降，版税减少
（2）官方强调APL持有者不拥有任何所有权，持有者仅享有相关版税的某些权利
（3）官方强调APL可能永远不会有公开且流动的市场，项目方可能随时放弃回购计划，项目方不保证回购计划能够提供stAPL/APL的汇率

我扒了下#story chain的#PiperX项目、#Story Hunt项目，关于APL/USDT 、stAPL/APL的汇率。好家伙，APL在10月初从0.9跌到0.67，投资人的本金已经亏损约30%
