A2 Our team check in and chat on slack throughout the day and have a weekly virtual catch up in teams, it's all good for seeing folks faces and keeping in touch. #ARLGSchat

@moron_anna @ARLGScotland My partner and I remind each other. Eg "It's time to stop now!" or "Time for a cuppa" etc. #ARLGSchat

#ARLGSchat A1 I think one of the main challenges I have encountered so far would be remembering to take breaks. It's easy just to keep going.

Q1 I'm relatively new in my role so working from home meant the usual getting to know colleagues etc is a bit different! Also maintaining a schedule and not getting too distracted. #ARLGSchat
