Good Morning $ILUS Fam. Had a fantastic lunch meet up with @NicolasLink, @JpBackwell, and fellow shareholders Friday. The ability to talk one on one in person with management is a rare opportunity for shareholders have and I truly look forward to the upcoming ASM (hopefully March or April with atleast 4 weeks notice) when more shareholders have a chance to do it.
I obviously kept an eye on the market Friday where we had lots of profit takers. It’s frustrating to see the stock moving down when i witnessed management so genuinely excited about what they’ve accomplished on their US visit these last few weeks and they will be in the US again this week. Obviously they can’t break news at these events as all “new” news needs to go through official channels but the December 29th PR was brought up several times. This led me (and others) to go through that PR again with much more scrutiny than we did the first time around.
Paragraph 5 which I posted a screenshot below is where most of my focus is. If this is the direction they are heading very soon then I’m very excited. Yes with everything else there will be concerns and negatives but the positives far outweigh the negatives IMO if indeed $ILUS or $QIND or $SAML move up to the NASDAQ soon (IMMINENT?) . Increased access to funding from banks would mean the ability to bring in more money to grow their current businesses and for new acquisitions. I truly believe we are exiting the long dark tunnel and my sunglasses are on. Ready to see that sunlight again. As always these are my thoughts and interpretations. I’m no financial analyst or expert so continue to do your own research and make the best decisions you can based on the info you have at the time.
