The Corner Kitchen is BACK in Biltmore Village! 🎉 After 10 long months post-Helene, one of Asheville’s most beloved dining spots has reopened its doors — and we couldn’t be happier to step inside. From the charming exterior to the warm, historic interiors (both upstairs and downstairs), every corner feels like a welcome home. The refreshed side room, now more open with a smaller bar by the entrance, is a lovely touch. We joined the first official crowd on Monday morning — no VIP treatment, just the real deal — and while the team is understandably brushing off the rust, the food did not disappoint. Highlights: Chicken & Waffles with perfect crisp, decadent French Toast, hearty Corned Beef Hash, and those legendary Tater Tots. The Bloody Mary? Spot on. Next time, bacon garnish is a must. Don’t miss the playful new time capsule sign — it might just inspire a treasure hunt. And as we left, we couldn’t help but glance across the street and feel a pang for Well-Bred Bakery, and Chelsea’s Tea Room before that.
