Hey Asheville Foodies — we’ve got cause for serious celebration! 🎉 One of our own, Oksana Shchelgachova of Edelweiss Highlands Pastry Boutique (Highlands, NC), is competing THIS season on Food Network’s Halloween Baking Championship! 🙌 If you haven’t been by her pastry boutique yet, here’s what you’re missing: Gateaux, cheesecakes, eclairs, tarts — pastries you’ll think are too pretty to eat (but good luck resisting). Delicious coffee & tea, custom orders, and desserts that tell a story. Friendly vibes, passionate craft, and artistry in every bite. 📍 Edelweiss is at 892 N 4th Street, Highlands, NC 🕒 Open Wednesday through Sunday, ~10am-4pm Congrats, Oksana! Asheville is proud of you. Go check her out, taste her work, support this sweet soul doing big things. *read the full article on To Asheville: https://t.co/IL8kG27MPn #AshevilleFoodie #EdelweissPastryBoutique #FoodNetwork #HighlandsNC #DessertArtistry #EdelweissHighlands #OksanaShchelgachova
