@AXS_UK @SouthendTheatre I requested a PA ticket minutes after booking presale seats. Delayed 4 days, passed in circles, then told to cancel + rebook. Seat now gone. No access info. No support. Do better. #AXSFail #AccessDenied #DisabilityRights #EqualityAct #TicketFail

@AXS_UK I get all the way to the purchase page with the exact ticket I want for the final date & then it doesn’t let me complete purchase….. really 😭 I’m soooo upset. #TaylorSwift #erastouruk #erastour #axsfail
