Ambassador Ayele Lire dedicated many years of distinguished service to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, holding various leadership roles with professionalism and commitment. Until his passing, he faithfully represented Ethiopia, serving as Ambassador to Barbados, the Dominican Republic, Nicaragua, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Saint Kitts and Nevis, and the Bahamas, in addition to his mission at the Embassy of Ethiopia in Havana, Cuba. The Ministry extends its heartfelt condolences to his family, friends, and colleagues during this difficult time.
