I went to meet Chief Iwuanyanwu and briefed him about what we are doing; surprisingly he was excited that young people are taking actions about the social economic problems in our region
He immediately gave his consent...
Last year when we wanted to host #AYFSummit the first state that reached out was Abia State offering us Umuahia International Conference Center for free
The team argued that most of our guests will find it difficult assessing Umuahia due to lack of Airport in the state

One of my highlights of #AYFSummit was the introduction of Ijele FC - the first innovative sports club coming out of Nigeria
The plans are massive and we are still cooking 😁😁😁
The club will be managed by the best sports administrators we have in this country led by @Obitwyce

Despite all the noise here, what @Jack_ng01 and the @AlaIgbo_YF team did with the Alaigbo Youth Summit must be applauded regardless of what we think. The event didn't just set a new path for the region, it also proved that the South East is being deliberately demarketed.
From rich conversations, to quality networking, and beautiful city of Owerri bubbling with life on a day that we've been lied to that the entire region sit at home, Alaigbo Youth Summit was a success, and has created a path that will lead to many great things for the Igbos.
One of our Panelists that came to Owerri for #AYFSummit happens to hail from Imo but has not visited for over 12years due to "insecurity" according to him 😂😂😂
We walked from All Seasons Hotel to Xhrine and he told me he didn't believe he can walk around without getting killed
This man sell doors and his mates in Owerri now have 3 branches while he is still struggling with his Lekki office 😂😂
He told me he is opening a branch in Owerri and Enugu and will come home often going forward

So after #AYFSummit we were invited by the Chief Economic Advisor to the Gov Hope Uzodimma
Professor Kenneth Amaeshi is such a brilliant man. He is also Chair in Sustainable business, University of Edinburgh, UK!
A meeting of 1hr ended up lasting for over 3hrs as we shared ideas on how Imo State can benefit from our initiatives
Hosting #AYFSummit in Imo State will be one of the best decisions we made as a group
This state has a lot of potentials and The Office of the Chief Economic Advisor to the Gov is not a political office so it is very easy to work with Prof
He intimated us on what he has done so far and where he thinks we can key in to particularly the ÓKÓBÍ (One Kindred One Business Initiative) and he shared with me the Imo State Development Plan
Now we are ready to work!
