Great advice to approach a To-Do List one task at a time. Feel good about crossing it off your list. It is also fine to write additional tasks on your To-Do List just to cross them off #AcademicConfession

We often become so overwhelmed with our To-Do List that we avoid it. Nothing gets solved when we avoid. Only new tasks are added to existing ones. Do your best to chip away at your To-Do List One task at a time #anxiety #tuesdaythoughts

Me to myself today while spending the good bulk of the cleaning up my neuropsych assessments in Time2Track because I did not consistently label some tests with the same name. Early year clinical PhD students do future you a favor and always label things consistently in T2T!

I have noticed that I subconsciously assume the gender of researchers based on their surname 🙋🏻‍♂️😞 #academicconfession
