@GemmellSusie @VanessaWelham1 @Kwajotweneboa @lambeth_council Unwillingness to #FaceFacts the council took out my bath under #AccessInjunction for what they told the court was #DampWorks. Fitting the bath back without #InsulationValves on the #Hot & #Cold water supply pipes creating a incremental leak causing #damp https://t.co/xjJ1gBSmui

@bhcitynews #JessGibbons @BellaSankey I am waiting for the council to correct the issues the council created including drying out the leak you caused 9 years ago after taking out #AccessInjunction for #DampWorks I tried to #Appeal in the #HighCourt. #BHCC dumped me 4 days before Christmas >

@HousingITguy Ask #Judges for a #RICS under #CivilProcedureRule35. I met a lady who used to work for another #LocalAuthority who said they would not apply to the #Courts for an #AccessInjunction without a #RICS shame #Brighton #Hove #Council apply to court without one & works are #WhiteWash!?

@LizJ73 @imajsaclaimant Whoever should have applied to the #CountyCourt for an #AccessInjunction •The lady would have given her reasons why she objected. The court may still grant an #Order. The #council / #HousingAssociation would have to rent her a #HolidayLet or @Airbnb whilst the work is being done
