Today we’ve successfully launched the updated Core Humanitarian Standard (CHS) in Somalia!
This virtual launching event, opened by @NimoA_Hassan, Director of Somalia NGO Consortium @NGOConsortium, included insightful presentations on the CHS update process, experience-sharing from CHS members in Somalia, and audience engagement. 🤝
The CHS empowers NGOs with improved accountability, transparency, and service quality to the people and communities affected by crises. 🚀
The updated CHS:
1⃣Centers on people’s expectations.
2⃣Is simpler and uses clear language.
3⃣Is more accessible and inclusive.
