Say what you will but still 1 of my favorite Kenner/@Hasbro POTF2 action figures from the 90s line. The removable hand was a bonus as well. From the archives of the #ActionFigureoftheDay posts, I give you the POTF2 Bezpin Luke Skywalker.
Today's #ActionFigureoftheDay is the combined form of DEVASTATOR. Devastator's primitive psyche is limited to only the thoughts & actions on which all his components can agree, which results in raging bouts of destructive fury.
Today's #ActionFigureoftheDay is the Constructicon Long Haul. The problem, as Long Haul sees it, is that he gets all the work and very little of the excitement and the glory that goes with being a Decepticon. Long Haul joins with his fellow Constructicons to form Devastator
Today's #ActionFigureoftheDay is the Gen 1 Constructicon Mixmaster!Nothing is safe. From raw ore to living robots, it all goes into Mixmaster's grisly drum where it's reduced, refined, and recombined into virtually any raw material the Decepticons need.
Today's #ActionFigureoftheDay is the Gen 1 Constructicon Scrapper! Scrapper is the engineer of the Constructicons. While the other Constructicons put their masterpiece together, Scrapper is the one who designs everything. Scrapper forms the Left Leg of Devastator
Today's #ActionFigureoftheDay is the Gen 1 Constructicon Scavenger. You can't help but feel sorry for Scavenger. He wants badly to be liked and needed, to feel useful and a valuable member of his team. He forms the right arm of the mighty Devastator
Today's #ActionFigureoftheDay is the Generation 1 Constructicon... Bonecrusher. Bonecrusher finds beauty in rubble strewn wasteland and longs to transform pretty any location he comes across into a wasteland. He joins with his fellow Constructicons to form Devastator
Todays #ActionFigureoftheDay is a somewhat major improvement over the original 84 POTF figure, in 1996 @Hasbro released the POTF2 Han Solo in Carbonite retailing for $4.99 at the time. The details on the Carbonite block were impressive, as was the head sculpt for Han Solo.
Back in 1996, @Hasbro attempted to revive the old Kenner Mini Rigs sorta and released a wave of deluxe figures like this cool looking Boba Fett with Wing Blast Rockwtpack and Overhead Canon that retailed for a mere $7.99. Another #ActionFigureoftheDay from the old POTF2 line.
Todays #ActionFigureoftheDay The 1996 Imperial Sandtrooper from the classic @Hasbro POTF2 line or "Tatoonie Stormtrooper with Concussion Grenade Rifle" was a great addition to the line and one that many kids back in the 80s wanted in the original Kenner line.
The beauty and amazing details on the classic Universal Monsters line from the Remco toy company back in 1980. To this date, I don't think there has been a company that has captured the terror from these classic monsters of the silver screen & are today's #ActionFigureoftheDay
Say what you will about the @Hasbro 90s POTF figures, but they were awesome action figures back then, and this 1998 Bespin Luke Skywalker is one of those great figures. Today's #ActionFigureoftheDay one of my favorites from the line and still stands up 27+ years later!
Today's #ActionFigureoftheDay is the new @Hasbro #VintageCollection Grand Admiral Thrawn from the Ahsoka series. This cold calculations Grand Admiral proves to be a worthy adversary in the early days of the Rebellion and almost brings the New Republic to its knees.
Today's #ActionFigureoftheDay is the @Hasbro #VintageCollection Ahsoka Tano in her white outfit from Peridea. The absence of a cloak with figure is a glaring ommission, given that Hasbro already has a cloak in the deluxe version, otherwise she's a solid figure.
Today's #ActionFigureoftheDay is the new @Hasbro Epic Hero Series Bo Katan Kryze. A gifted warrior, Bo Katan Kryze, is a legendary Mandalorian who refused to align with the Empire's occupation of Mandalore. While not big on detailing, it's a neat figure to add to any collection.
"Compare me to Batman? I've got more style. More brain. I'm certainly a better dresser!" Today's #ActionFigureoftheDay is this @Mattel 2003 Justice League Unlimited Joker . This iconic animated Joker voiced by @MarkHamill is perhaps one of the best renditions of the Joker.
Today's #ActionFigureoftheDay is the 2001 Superman Fortress of Solitude from the Animated Superman line from Kenner. This was part of the final series of figures released by Kenner before the line was cancelled.
"I've done a lot of things I thought I'd never do these last two years... One more won't hurt." Today's #ActionFigureoftheDay is the Mcfarlane "Super Powers " Lord Superman. This Superman from Earth 50, leads the Justice Lords from an alternate universe.
Does Anyone else feel that Fisher Price based this Adventure People Action Figure off Comedian/Actor Rodney Dangerfield? This is one of my favorite figures from my childhood and is today's #ActionFigureoftheDay. These 3.75" figures from the 70s /80s were awesome!
"At last we'll reveal ourselves to the Jedi, at last we'll have revenge. " Today's #ActionFigureoftheDay is the @Hasbro @Target exclusive Episode I The Phantom Menace box set Darth Maul. A great figure that also should ave included a cloak like the Qui Gon Jinn figure...
