Sub Seasonal Update 🚨 With #MJO influence slowly establishing after Mid Nov , sub-seasonal forecast indicates first strong system of #NEM2k24 likely during last week of November ( after Nov 23 ) We will track this event when short range NWP starts to pick this. #ChennaiRains
