Adisoft Technologies It is an Industrial Digital Automation Solutions provider. The company bridges the gap between physical machinery and software layers (often referred to as Industry 4.0 or smart manufacturing). I believe manufacturing in India is slowly moving towards Industry 4.0 as it saves labour costs etc. Many companies are facing labour shortage these days. So moving to Industry 4.0 will be a good move for companies and for Adisoft Technologies as well. Core expertise - 1- Smart systems that connect physical devices to cyber networks 2- Adding sensors to devices so that they can cut off/on automatically 3- Automated Assembly Lines 4-Robotic Work Cells 5-Material Handling Systems 6-IT-to-Shop Floor Integration Company has posted very good results. Motilal Oswal is buying company shares. I think after Zelio this is the second SME company where Motilal is buying (need to recheck this) As per DRHP , Patil Automation is their listed peer.
