1/2 I would walk 500 miles & I would walk 447 more 🎶 doesn’t quite have the same ring but it’s as far as I got by 31/7 - total was 947 miles! Thanks to all the #February100 #ForwardMarch & #AdvancingApril teams for the encouragement to get out walking & running....

Goal 150 miles achieved. 11miles 26/3 & 28/3 = total 156. Taken me 2 months to really get into the habit. Plan for April is 50mins bike alt days. 45mins by 15/4, then 50 mins 30/4 but must cycle min 11miles. B/P already better Jan 126/85, now 107/76. #Forwardmarch #Advancingapril

@papaver @ArmadilloBlue1 @rebecca5key I will have a think about #advancingapril. Might aim for 45 mins x3 per week on bike/or another 150 miles in April. Gov guidelines are 150 mins cardio per week. Will think on. But thanks for the motivation! 👍🏼

@rebecca5key @papaver Let’s do #advancingapril but just set our own targets - think I will stick to 150k 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️
