1.1 Dialogue with apocalyptic religious regimes is impossible because their goal is the destruction of Israel, America, and then the West, and they are built on uncompromising beliefs.
1.2 War can solve problems, and the repeated claim that “no problem has ever been solved by war” is simplistic and dangerous.
1.3 The weakness of the West does not stem from a lack of weapons but from the lack of will to use power and the loss of civilizational identity.
1.4 Trump showed courage and delivered an effective blow, but by declaring an early victory and returning to dialogue, he pulled defeat out of the jaws of victory.
1.5 Western media have unwittingly become a tool of the enemy and, with one-sided narratives, have blinded people to realities.
1.6 Sharia courts in some Western countries have destroyed the principle of “one law for all” and turned society into competing groups.
✅ 2- Arguments
2.1 The Iranian regime gains power from the weakness of America and the West. Even if Western weapons are far superior, when there is no will to use them, real power disappears. This regime, by accurately assessing Western hesitation, buys time, advances its nuclear, missile, and proxy programs, and deceives negotiators with the display of superficial signs of compromise. The result is that any dialogue only leads to delaying the final confrontation and makes the regime stronger.
2.2 By destroying the foundations of its own Judeo-Christian identity, the West has created a deep value vacuum. This identity has been the source of ethics, political freedom, and scientific progress, and without it, society becomes a collection of individual and group desires that cannot resist conflicting values. Islamists have well recognized this vacuum and, through mass migration, population growth, and cultural infiltration, are placing their values without serious resistance.
2.3 Dialogue with apocalyptic religious individuals is essentially deception. They buy time by offering small and temporary concessions to expand their nuclear, missile, and proxy programs. Any apparent agreement is only step-by-step surrender and brings the regime closer to the point of no return.
2.4 Western media, by ignoring attacks after ceasefire agreements and one-sidedly reporting defensive responses, strengthen the enemy’s narrative. This not only inverts the West’s moral compass but also leads people to enmity with real allies and sympathy with threats.
2.5 The shift from negative freedom (everything not prohibited is permitted) to positive freedom (only what the law explicitly allows is permitted) has divided society into competing groups. This division has destroyed national cohesion and turned the country into a collection of tribes competing for resources.
2.6 Without rebuilding the ethical and religious framework of Western civilization, no resistance to external and internal threats is possible. Extreme secularism, which sees religion as an obstacle to progress, has in fact destroyed the real foundations of progress and made society vulnerable to conflicting ideologies.
✅ 3- Evidence and Indications
3.1 Since the 1979 revolution, the Iranian regime has officially entered into war with America and the West. Hundreds of American citizens were killed, hostage-taking occurred, numerous attacks were carried out on Western interests, and this pattern continued without a serious response until Trump’s military action.
3.2 Military strike: The regime’s naval fleet was sunk, air defenses and aircraft were destroyed, many key commanders were killed, and the nuclear and missile program was delayed for years. However, the regime exerted pressure by controlling the Strait of Hormuz and raising oil prices and prepared the ground for retreat.
3.3 Sharia courts in Britain (dozens of reported cases) do not accept the supremacy of secular law and implement their rulings separately. In contrast, Jewish religious courts fully operate under the umbrella of national law and carry out marriage, divorce, and their affairs with full compliance with state laws.
3.4 After establishing ceasefires in northern areas, rocket and mortar attacks immediately resumed, but the media did not report these attacks and only introduced defensive responses as violations of the ceasefire.
3.5 Islamist groups such as the Muslim Brotherhood and the Iranian Revolutionary Guards operate in the West without serious restrictions. The young generation of Western-born Muslims has become more radical than their parents because they have been influenced by extremist education in mosques and religious schools.
3.6 The emergence of popular movements in various countries is a response to the disregard for ordinary people’s concerns about uncontrolled migration, the loss of national identity, and prioritizing welfare costs over security and defense.
✅ 4- Results
4.1 Without resolute military will and the complete rejection of dialogue with apocalyptic regimes, threats will expand and the axis opposing the West will prevail.
4.2 The West must rebuild its civilizational identity to regain moral and practical power of resistance; otherwise, gradual collapse is inevitable.
4.3 Sharia courts and multiculturalism without cultural convergence must be restricted to preserve the principle of one law for all.
4.4 True politicians must expose the lie of unlimited welfare, revive individual responsibility, and replace genuine compassion with surrender to demands.
4.5 Societies that take history, identity, and reality seriously have a better chance of preserving freedom and preventing the repetition of past tragedies.

🔹او «نسلکشی» اسرائیل در غزه با دستکم ۷۲ هزار کشته را «دروغ خونآلود»، «افترا» و «تهمت خون» نامیده و گفته اسرائیل بیش از هر ارتش دیگری در تاریخ جنگها برای حفظ جان غیرنظامیان دشمن تلاش کرده است.
🔹مسئولیت کشته شدن غیرنظامیان غزه را عمدتاً بر عهده حماس گذاشته و گرسنگی و قحطی در غزه را رد کرده و گفته تصاویر کودکان لاغر مربوط به بیماریهای مادرزادی یا کشورهای دیگر است و حماس و سازمان ملل مسئول رنج مردم غزه هستند.
🔹ضدصهیونیسم را شکلی از یهودستیزی یا تسهیلکننده آن دانسته و گفته کمپین علیه اسرائیل از ابتدا درباره رفتار اسرائیل در غزه نبود، بلکه هدف نابودی اسرائیل، صهیونیسم و حتی صهیونیستها بوده است.
🔹از اسرائیل خواسته جنگ را تا نابودی کامل ظرفیت نظامی حماس ادامه دهد و هشدار داده که هرگونه آتشبس یا توافق بدون این هدف، به معنای پاداش دادن به تروریسم و تکرار ۷ اکتبر خواهد بود.
✅ ۱- ادعاهای اصلی
۱.۱ گفتوگو با رژیمهای مذهبی آخرالزمانی غیرممکن است زیرا هدف آنها نابودی اسرائیل، آمریکا و سپس غرب است و بر پایهٔ باورهای غیرقابل مصالحه بنا شده.
۱.۲ جنگ میتواند مشکلات را حل کند و ادعای تکراری «هیچ مشکلی با جنگ حل نشده» سادهانگارانه و خطرناک است.
۱.۳ ضعف غرب از کمبود سلاح نیست بلکه از نبود ارادهٔ استفاده از قدرت و از دست دادن هویت تمدنی ریشه گرفته است.
۱.۴ ترامپ شجاعت نشان داد و ضربهٔ مؤثری وارد کرد اما با اعلام پیروزی زودهنگام و بازگشت به گفتوگو، شکست را از میان پیروزی بیرون کشید.
۱.۵ رسانههای غربی ناخواسته به ابزار دشمن تبدیل شدهاند و با روایتهای یکجانبه، مردم را نسبت به واقعیتها کور میکنند.
۱.۶ دادگاههای شرعی در برخی کشورهای غربی اصل «یک قانون برای همه» را نابود کرده و جامعه را به گروههای رقیب تبدیل میکنند.
✅ ۲- استدلالها
۲.۱ رژیم ایران از ضعف آمریکا و غرب قدرت میگیرد. حتی اگر تسلیحات غربی بسیار برتر باشد، وقتی ارادهٔ بهکارگیری آن وجود ندارد، قدرت واقعی از بین میرود. این رژیم با ارزیابی دقیق از تردید غرب، زمان میخرد، برنامههای هستهای، موشکی و نیابتی خود را پیش میبرد و با نمایش نشانههای ظاهری سازش، مذاکرهکنندگان را فریب میدهد. نتیجه آنکه هرگونه گفتوگو تنها به تأخیر انداختن رویارویی نهایی منجر میشود و رژیم را قویتر میکند.
۲.۲ غرب با نابود کردن پایههای هویت یهودی-مسیحی خود، خلأ ارزشی عمیقی ایجاد کرده است. این هویت منبع اخلاق، آزادی سیاسی و پیشرفت علمی بوده و بدون آن، جامعه به مجموعهای از خواستههای فردی و گروهی تبدیل میشود که در برابر ارزشهای متعارض مقاومت نمیکند. اسلامگرایان این خلأ را به خوبی شناختهاند و با مهاجرت گسترده، افزایش جمعیت و نفوذ فرهنگی، ارزشهای خود را بدون مقابلهٔ جدی جایگذاری میکنند.
۲.۳ گفتوگو با افراد مذهبی آخرالزمانی اساساً فریب است. آنها با نشان دادن امتیازات کوچک و موقت، زمان میخرند تا برنامههای هستهای، موشکی و نیابتی خود را گسترش دهند. هرگونه توافق ظاهری تنها تسلیم一步 بهمرحله است و رژیم را به نقطهٔ غیرقابل بازگشت نزدیکتر میکند.
۲.۴ رسانههای غربی با نادیده گرفتن حملات پس از توافقهای آتشبس و گزارش یکجانبهٔ پاسخهای دفاعی، روایت دشمن را تقویت میکنند. این کار نه تنها قطبنمای اخلاقی غرب را وارونه کرده بلکه مردم را به دشمنی با متحدان واقعی و همدردی با تهدیدها واداشته است.
۲.۵ تغییر از آزادی منفی (هرچه ممنوع نشده مجاز است) به آزادی مثبت (تنها آنچه قانون صراحتاً اجازه داده مجاز است) باعث تقسیم جامعه به گروههای رقیب شده است. این تقسیم، انسجام ملی را از بین برده و کشور را به مجموعهای از قبایل در حال رقابت برای منابع تبدیل کرده است.
۲.۶ بدون بازسازی چارچوب اخلاقی و مذهبی تمدن غربی، هیچ مقاومتی در برابر تهدیدهای خارجی و داخلی ممکن نیست. سکولاریسم افراطی که دین را مانع پیشرفت میداند، در واقع پایههای پیشرفت واقعی را نابود کرده و جامعه را در برابر ایدئولوژیهای متعارض آسیبپذیر ساخته است.
✅ ۳- شواهد و قرائن
۳.۱ از انقلاب سال ۱۹۷۹، رژیم ایران به طور رسمی با آمریکا و غرب وارد جنگ شد. صدها شهروند آمریکایی کشته شدند، گروگانگیری رخ داد، حملات متعدد به منافع غربی انجام گرفت و این الگو بدون پاسخ جدی ادامه یافت تا زمان اقدام نظامی ترامپ.
۳.۲ ضربهٔ نظامی: ناوگان دریایی رژیم غرق شد، دفاع هوایی و هواپیماها نابود گردیدند، شمار زیادی از فرماندهان کلیدی کشته شدند و برنامهٔ هستهای و موشکی برای سالها به تأخیر افتاد. با این حال رژیم با کنترل تنگهٔ هرمز و افزایش قیمت نفت، فشار آورد و شرایط را برای عقبنشینی فراهم کرد.
۳.۳ دادگاههای شرعی در بریتانیا (دهها مورد گزارششده) برتری قانون سکولار را نمیپذیرند و احکام خود را جداگانه اجرا میکنند. در مقابل، محاکم مذهبی یهودیان کاملاً زیر چتر قانون ملی عمل میکنند و ازدواج، طلاق و امور خود را با رعایت کامل قوانین کشوری انجام میدهند.
۳.۴ پس از برقراری آتشبس در مناطق شمالی، حملات موشکی و خمپارهای بلافاصله از سر گرفته شد اما رسانهها این حملات را گزارش نکردند و تنها پاسخهای دفاعی را به عنوان نقض آتشبس معرفی کردند.
۳.۵ گروههای اسلامگرا مانند اخوانالمسلمین و سپاه پاسداران بدون محدودیت جدی در غرب فعالیت میکنند. نسل جوان مسلمانان متولد غرب رادیکالتر از والدین خود شدهاند زیرا در مساجد و مدارس مذهبی تحت تأثیر آموزشهای افراطی قرار گرفتهاند.
۳.۶ ظهور جنبشهای مردمی در کشورهای مختلف پاسخی به نادیده گرفتن نگرانیهای مردم عادی دربارهٔ مهاجرت بیرویه، از دست رفتن هویت ملی و اولویت دادن به هزینههای رفاهی به جای امنیت و دفاع است.
✅ ۴- نتایج
۴.۱ بدون ارادهٔ نظامی قاطع و رد کامل گفتوگو با رژیمهای آخرالزمانی، تهدیدها گسترش خواهد یافت و محور مخالفان غرب برتری خواهد یافت.
۴.۲ غرب باید هویت تمدنی خود را بازسازی کند تا قدرت اخلاقی و عملی مقاومت را بازیابد؛ در غیر این صورت سقوط تدریجی حتمی است.
۴.۳ دادگاههای شرعی و چندفرهنگی بدون همگرایی فرهنگی باید محدود شود تا اصل یک قانون برای همه حفظ گردد.
۴.۴ سیاستمداران راستین باید دروغ رفاه بدون حد و مرز را افشا کنند، مسئولیت فردی را احیا نمایند و دلسوزی حقیقی را جایگزین تسلیم در برابر خواستهها کنند.
۴.۵ جوامعی که تاریخ، هویت و واقعیت را جدی بگیرند، شانس بیشتری برای حفظ آزادی و جلوگیری از تکرار تراژدیهای گذشته دارند.

本日3/19（木）、政府は以下を閣議決定しました。
・自衛隊は国際法上違法な行為に対する支援を行わないことは当然。
・何ら武力攻撃が発生していないにもかかわらず、ある国家が自衛権を援用して武力を行使することは、国際法上合法とはいえない。

全般に奥歯にものがはさまったような答弁書ですが、高市政権で、かつ日米首脳会談の直前にこの点が確認されたのは重要です！

問三－1 一般論として、「我が国と密接な関係にある他国」が国際法上違法な武力攻撃を行った結果、当該武力攻撃の対象となった相手国から反撃として武力攻撃を受けた場合、我が国は当該「我が国と密接な関係にある他国」を支援することはあり得ないとの理解でよいか示されたい。
答弁 自衛隊が活動をするに当たって、国際法を遵守し、国際法上違法な行為に対する支援を行わないことは当然である。
問四－1 前記三の外務大臣答弁によれば、今回の事態について法的評価をしなければ、存立危機事態の要件である「我が国と密接な関係にある他国に対する武力攻撃の発生」に該当するか判断できないと思料するが、政府の見解を示されたい。
答弁 国際連合憲章において自衛権の発動が認められるのは、武力攻撃が発生した場合であることから、何ら武力攻撃が発生していないにもかかわらず、ある国家が自衛権を援用して武力を行使することは、国際法上合法とはいえないものと認識している。
