Meet Charis UAS, Ishyo Foods and Victoria Seeds 🌱
Charis UAS flies AI-guided drone spraying so treatment goes only where it’s needed—lower chemicals, higher yield, cleaner fields. Ishyo Foods closes the loop by turning whey from Greek yogurt into nutrient-rich beverages, cutting waste and adding value. Victoria Seeds takes it back to the soil, with climate-smart pasture seed and green pellet feed that help herds produce more while cutting risk from shifting rain patterns.
Three different frontiers, one result: more food, less footprint.

@FisherGlobalLtd is locking in value with solar-powered cold storage (6°C) so chili doesn’t race against heat—or middlemen. Then Virunga Biotech took us through the other half: food-safe processing using high-care systems and renewable energy, keeping fresh produce moving and markets steady.

From Masaka to Gasabo, Rwamagana to Kimihurura, we’re meeting ventures tackling drought, food loss, and farmer incomes—each aligned with the AgriTech4Rwanda Innovation Challenge priority sectors.
Today we probed what happens when market access meets climate-smart production?
These ventures showed us both ends of the value chain working in sync. Mahwi Tech’s MLIMA puts real prices, finance, and buyers in farmers’ hands—20,000+ already trained and onboarded. In the afternoon, Agahozo Farm stitched the rest together: smart greenhouses, solar cold rooms, and e-mobility for cool, clean delivery.
This is the playbook: fewer losses, faster sales, better margins—resilience that pays. The harvest doesn’t win by chance; it wins by design.
Next stop: cold chains and clean processing.
