In our blood vessels. To release most #ajoene from garlic, crush garlic instead of chopping it,crushing releases enzymes and the #allicin that converts to ajoene. Eating to control your blood clotting factors is vital dietary step ,to ward off strokes and heart diseases.

blood fluidity. One of the #garlic's most powerful and well - tested anticoagulant compound is called #ajoene, that acts as anticoagulant by stifling production of thromboxane, and additionally block platelet clumping other ways- eventually thwarting blood clot formation

In this paper it is shown that the quorum sensing repressing effect of #Ajoene, a sulfur-rich molecule from #garlic occurs by inhibition of small regulatory RNAs (#sRNA) in #Pseudomonas aeruginosa as well as in #Staphylococcus aureus. https://t.co/x0ui834X30 @BiofilmLab
