I’ve not mentioned my #AlcoholBattle for some time as my skin graft needed scalding and burns took over a bit. But I’m pleased to say I am still keeping up the battle. Drinks like this at night time are helping. I hope others with their own alcohol challenges are doing well 👍♥️

@MattySr2 Matty congrats. I made the same decision several months ago, well publicised on here including copies of my withdrawal plan and more. Make no mistake I’ve found my #AlcoholBattle (I prefer that to alcoholism, feeling it’s more positive) tough as hell at times. Be strong always 👍
Just a little update for you guys who have witnessed my #AlcoholBattle, I’m so pleased to say I’m sticking in there and it’s about 4 months since I quit. I was so petrified about stopping, but your support, and despite moments of weakness, I’ve stuck at it. It can be done.👍♥️💜
It’s fab to tell you guys I have gone over 3 months without alcohol, including birthday, Christmas and New Year temptations, which were tough. I realise it’s an ongoing struggle, but I never believed this was possible, given the mess I was in. I’m so so pleased. #AlcoholBattle ♥️
