This is the front page the #AldonManagement website as of 1/4/2023. If residents can’t get so much as an email response or call back from corporate about these ongoing issues, how can they claim to care about their residents or deliver excellence? Aldon never fails to fail.

Just a few of the countless posters hung by residents addressing #PackageTheft, which #Aldon promptly removes. Residents of #BethesdaMD should not have to beg for their mail! All of these posts came AFTER Aldon’s promise to take action 10/19/2021. Aldon never fails to fail. 💙

A petition calling for #AldonManagement to address inadequate sanitation went unanswered. There are only a couple of washing machines in this building for over 100 units and they aren’t reliable! A leasing agent told a resident to try the laundromat. Aldon never fails to fail. 💙
