Yesterday night was in a very interesting discussion in X-Space meet (yours truly KGW entered discussion after 45.30 minutes and wrapped up the space meet at the end) on #AtulSubhash #AtulSubhashsuicidecase misuse of #498A #Alimony #AlimonyDeath #Divorce proceeding in #FamilyCourts :
1. Parliament- #LokSabha and #RajyaSabha must immediately take up misuse of #498A #alimony #Divorce #CrPC125 Maintenance,Child custody,etc Family Matters Courts proceedings which is leading to massive number of suicides of men/husband all across country. There are #MenToo movements launched in many places across the country.
2. Most often there are offers of package deals for 498A cases, Dowry Prohibition Act cases, #CrPC125 maintenance cases,etc. Many incidents deals offered in FIRs for cruelty, cheating, unnatural sex, divorce petition, and alimony cases too. They guarantee alimony and charge an additional fee, often 20-30% of the total alimony amount.
4. Many times victims lawyers liaise with the husband's lawyer to weaken the case in exchange for a share of the final settlement. Lawyers earns VitM from both sides and often deliberately cause delays and multiple hearings, prolonging cases to increase their fees and intensify husband's harassment.
5. Reduce if not eliminate role of any Lawyers in Family Matter court cases ie. Divorce,Alimony,Maintenance,Custody of child, etc . It’s such a simple Marriage Act and when the matter is between husband and wife and when Family Courts and Presiding Officers Judges are there just to facilitate peaceful settlement of Divorce,Alimony,Maintenance and custody of child matters, why do we need and where is the need for any Lawyer’s?
6. Minimise role of Police machinery in Family matter cases such as Divorce,Alimony,Maintenance and custody of Child. Divorce,Alimony,Maintenance and child custody matters cases must be settled by Family Matters Courts within 6 months with no or minimum adjournments and without involvements of any Lawyers. Police personnel muste be trained and updated with latest Judicial Verdicts and changes in Laws.
7. Massive corruption in our Hon #Judiciary especially in Lower courts such as Family Courts, Consumer Forum Courts,Trial Courts,etc must be reduced and tackled at war footings. MiLords should avoid dictating Maintenance,Alimony amounts during course of proceedings. Presiding Officers of Courts should play role of good listener and not Dictator.
8. As per our #Constitution , it is the responsibility and Job of Parliament to make & amend laws,rules,Acts passed by parliament. Our Hon Judiciary should not have and has no role in making Laws,Acts,Rules,Policies,Rules and Regulations,etc on any matters.
9 If #Dowry is criminal and abolished as per #DowryProhibitionAct then something can done with regards to demand for unreasonable #alimony #Maintenance , custody of child,etc which are used to blackmail men/husbands and which also lead to unfortunate deaths of spouse due to #Suicides .
It’s very sad,unfortunate and also danger to Institution of Marriage and society that #Divorce has become a full-fledged industry. Where unwanted characters earn huge amounts of from divorces:

If a wife dies an unnatural death, her inlaws are charged with #IPC304B. But when a husband dies so, there's is no law where his family can seek recourse.
There is a real need for #IPC304C as well. If not possible, let's repeal #304B.
